Dr Figdor provides a range of referral based endodontic services. Our approach to clinical endodontic practice is patient focused, evidence based and conservative in application.
Every step, from examination to endodontic treatment and apical microsurgery is carried out with the operating microscope, which provides outstanding magnification and illumination. High resolution Cone Beam CT provides critical radiographic detail for diagnosis, treatment planning and monitoring treatment outcomes. The combination of high resolution Cone Beam CT and the operating microscope facilitates high-precision minimally invasive treatment, thus preserving tooth structure.
We are equipped with advanced technology to accomplish our diagnostic and endodontic treatment goals. Specifically, we utilise surgical operating microscopes (Zeiss OPMI PROergo®) with advanced photographic documentation, in-house high resolution Cone Beam CT imaging (Morita X800, small FOV), non-surgical and micro-surgical ultrasonics, digital radiography, laser activated canal irrigation (Fotona Lightwalker with SWEEPS®), bioceramics and Rotary NiTi instrumentation.
We are passionate about professional development and offer continuing education courses with limited participant numbers for an optimal learning environment.
The aim of the Prime CE Program is to deliver educational material to health care professionals in a relaxed, social environment.
The Prime CE facility has been specifically designed for high-quality continuing education courses. Situated on Level 2, the Prime CE area combines sophisticated with informal, in a really comfortable contemporary space.
We believe that optimal learning occurs in small, seminar-style groups. For this reason, numbers will always be limited with some courses having as few as four, but never more than sixteen people. Most courses will focus on clinically relevant material, but some courses involve creativity and are just for fun!
Courses will be available for dentists, specialists, dental practice managers, dental hygienists and dental assistants. Courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and operate as a service to our referring practitioners and their staff.
